摘 要:Cellular heterogeneity within tissues is a fundamental aspect of biological systems, influencing tissue function, development, and disease progression. Understanding this heterogeneity is crucial for identifying distinct cell types, unraveling their functional roles, and exploring their interactions in the context of disease. The rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technologies, particularly the emergence of multi-omics sequencing and single-cell sequencing technologies, has brought new opportunities for the systematic study of the molecular basis of cellular heterogeneity. However, effectively integrating diverse multi-omics data poses significant computational challenges. In this talk, I will present our recent work on clustering analysis frameworks that leverage single-cell and spatial multi-omics data to analyze cellular population heterogeneity. By integrating transcriptomic, proteomic, and spatial information, our method enables the identification of distinct cell types and provides insights into their spatial organization and functional heterogeneity.
简 介:深圳北理莫斯科大学工程系教授、博士生导师。主要从事生物信息学和机器学习等领域的科研和教学工作。广东省自然科学基金杰出青年项目、深圳市优秀青年基金获得者,入选广东省珠江人才计划。主持国家自然科学基金3项 (面上2项,青年1项)、广东省自然科学基金项目3项,已在Nature Biotechnology、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TMI、Bioinformatics等国际期刊发表SCI论文80余篇。担任国际权威期刊IEEE Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics副主编、 Neural Networks 编委,以及AAAI、IJCAI、ICML、NIPS、ICLR等国际学术会议程序委员会委员。
